By using Wonderful Land (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for the security of your Solana wallet and private keys. We cannot recover lost wallets or reverse on-chain transactions. Only connect wallets you own and control.
Tokens earned in the App are in-game rewards with no guaranteed monetary value. Token balances may be adjusted if we detect abuse, bugs, or policy violations. Token balances are not redeemable for cash or cryptocurrency outside the App.
Card draws are final. Cards are digital collectibles stored in our database associated with your wallet address. We reserve the right to add, modify, or rebalance card rarities and drop rates.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages; (b) use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App; (c) impersonate other users; (d) interfere with the App’s infrastructure.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the App or your access at any time, with or without notice.
The characters featured in the Wonderful Land App are based on works by L. Frank Baum, which are in the public domain. All original artwork, code, and design in the App are © 2026 Wonderful Land. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for losses arising from use of the App, including any losses related to cryptocurrency or wallet interactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
